Information to add to Live Chat profile before creating a ticket

If you are in a Live Chat and need to create a ticket in Freshdesk because the Tournament Owner or Players response cannot be answered quickly in chat, you first need to ask them for information before creating the ticket.  Be sure to gather their First and Last name (#1(, Email and Phone Number (#2) and add them into the below areas.  The edit name tab (#1)is not visible until you hover over it.


After the information is added, use the "Resolve and create a ticket in Freshdesk option (#3)."
