Setup Game Day

Note: Once players opt in, your session settings and score format for the game day CANNOT update if you change settings. You MUST opt out all players for updates to take effect.

1. Each player / team will be shown as "Not Playing" and will need to click "Opt In" in order to participate in the game day.

2. After the opt in window closes, click Groups to verify that the round robin groups are what you want.

3. When groups are set correctly, click Start Matches.

4. Click the Matches tab to see the generated matches.

Sub Players

Note: If a player gets injured or you cannot opt out a player, you can sub the player.
MUST BE DONE BEFORE ENTERING SCORES! This will cause match results to NOT impact league stats and rankings for the player.

Matches with SUBS will NOT go into DUPR.

1. For each match a player needs a SUB, click "Sub Player" BEFORE scores are entered.

2. Click "Sub Player" for the player that needs to be removed.

3. You should see "SUB for..." next to the player's name on the one game. You MUST do it for each game the player needs a substitute.

Entering Scores

1. Click each match to enter scores.

2. Click each circle and enter a number.

3. Click "Save Scores".

4. If you do not play the match, you MUST click "Cancel Game" in order to complete game day.

Completing Game Day

1. Click "Complete Game Day" once all matches have scores. This button will not show if a match does not have a score or has not been canceled.

2. If you made a scoring error, click "Roll Back" to fix the error.

3. If it's just one match, go ahead and click the green button to NOT erase the scores. If you need to erase all scores, leave it green.

4. If you have to opt a player out and/or change the round robin groups, click "Start Over". This will erase all scores entered for the game day.
