League Setup - Session Players

Session Players

Note: This screen  used by the league manager for the following reasons:

1. Add players to the league manually.
2. Move players up and down the rankings.
3. Remove players from the session roster.
4. For partner leagues, swap a player on a team.
5. Import players from previous session to the new session.

Add Players to the League Manually

1. Click "Add New Player".

2. Search for player.

Note: If you see the red text as shown above, players MUST join your club on Pickleball.com in order to be added to the league.

3. Verify the email address is correct and click "Select".

Note: If the player is "Unavailable" as shown below, the player does not meet the league's requirements, and the software will indicate why the player cannot join.

You will need to change the criteria in the session settings in order to add the player manually.

Move Players Up and Down the Rankings

1. Click arrows next to names to move up and down and click Save.

Remove Players from the Session Roster

1. If the first game day has not started, you will see two icons to the right of the players' stats:

• Click player icon to "hide player". Use this option in case the player will be missing for a longer period of time. 
• Click trash bin icon to "delete player" from session. Only available if first game day has not started since stats have not accumulated.

Swap Players on a Team - Partner Leagues Only

1. Click the two-arrow icon to swap a player from a team.

2. Click the player you want to swap out.

3. Search for the player you want to put in.

4. Click Swap. 

Import Players from Previous Session

1. If you want all players from prior session to be automatically on the roster, click the button "Import & Seed by Previous Session". 

Note: This does NOT mean the players have registered. Players will still need to pay if payment is required.

Note 2: This button will NOT appear if you are in the first session.
