Messages to Players

Note: The Messages menu option is the only way you can communicate to your players via email on the website about your league.

Note 2: You can also message your players via text, but you MUST turn the text feature on before players register. This setting is found in the session settings.

Email Players

1. Click "Messages" in the league menu.

2. Click "Add a Campaign" button to start email process.

3. When you are ready to send the email, click "Yes" on "Ready to Send as Scheduled".

4. If you want to see what your email looks like, enter an email address and click "Send Test".

5. Enter Campaign Title. This is the name on your email list to track what you have emailed.

6. Enter email address for "Reply to Email" and "From Name". This is the email address players will reply to with questions and concerns, and they will know who contacted them.

7. Select "Session" if you decide to send email to only players that registered for a specific session.

8. Select "Type" if you decide to send email to players that meet a certain criteria.

9. Select "Date & Time to Send".

Note: The software needs to queue the email before it sends it to the players. Plan on 30 minutes before the email gets sent to the players.

10. Click "Email Templates" tab.

11. Enter subject line of email.

12. Design and complete body of email.

Note: If you have important dates, such as refund or registration deadlines, we recommend that you set your emails up ahead of time and then set them to send in the future.  This allows you to plan ahead and prepare your league in advance.

Text Players

Note: This session setting must be turned on and cannot change after players start registering:

1. Click "Game Day"

2. Click "Send Message"

3. Click "Send Message".

4. Indicate which player type you would like to send a message to (Playing and/or Not playing).

5. Enter body of text message.

Note: In PickleballBrackets.com, it will look like this:
