Pickleballtournaments.com has adjusted the Setup Fee payment to be a required item in order to complete your tournament setup and go live. Previously, tournament owners would receive an email within 24 hours indicating that payment was due to avoid the tournament being deleted. After 5 days if no payment was made the tournament would be deleted.
The pay before you go live has been put into place to avoid the many reported cases of tournament directors spending time creating a tournament and not making payment and having that work be deleted.
