If you are not longer planning to use our services you may request for your player profile to be deleted. Please know that once a player profile has been deleted, we have no way of getting this reinstated. As such, we will confirm with you and let you know this information before processing the request. You may be asked to provide additional information if the request comes through our Chat or if the email address that you are sending the request from doesn't match the email address on yoru player account.
Once deleted, a new account under that email address cannot be created and the information cannot be restored. To place a request for deletion, please email: support@pickleball.com and include "player account deletion" in the subject line.
