Tournament Dashboard and what everything means

The tournament dashboard is a melting pot of financial and analytical information.  Below is a breakdown of what is included in the this section.

When you first create your tournament you will use the Tourney Dashboard to pay the $25 invoice.  When no fees are due you can use the green "view receipt" option to see the payment status of your tournament.  At the end of your tournament, once it is locked, an invoice will be generated if fees are due.  That invoice will be red like the initial Setup invoice was and will replace the green view receipt button here.

This section will collect all online payments made and the processing fees that the online payment vendor charges.  The amount shown here does include any service fees that we charge the players and is not just from your registration/event fees.  It is important to remember that all PayPal/Stripe processing fees are also paid by you and will not come out of service fee amount we charge the player, so charge the players accordingly.

This section gives you an breakdown minus the fees of what you have collected, minus the fees and compares that to the goal that you have the option of setting in your tournament basic setup.  The Total Owed section will show all fees owed to you that players have yet to pay.  In the below example several players have been added to the tournament manually by the tournament director and have not yet paid.  If you use online payment only then this number should be very low or zero since payment is required to complete registration.

Here you find the breakdown of all the costs Pickleballbrackets.com will be charging.  It is important to remember that the Service Fees are being paid by the player and are being collected by us when the player pays online (Paid section shows what we have collected).  The Balance amount due will be what we invoice you for at the end of the tournament and would include the Text Fee (which is optional) and then any service fees from players that you have manually added to your tournament or who didn't pay online as we cannot collect the amounts.

If you are NOT using a online collection service method than ALL service fees will need to be paid by you at your tournament closing as you would have needed to collect the service fees.

The last charts on the dashboard give you data on how your listing has faired with event views and what Device/Browser those coming in used to access your site.
