Every tournament that is created is charged a setup fee of $25 to complete and stay listed on the software. This is payable to Credit Card only and will need to be paid within 5 days of the initial tournament creation or the tournament listing will be removed. Daily email reminders will continue to be sent until this is paid.
If you have a Stripe account attached, all service fees will be paid by the player at the time of their registration payment. On the receipt, this is itemized and will be shown as a running total that adjusts every time a player makes payment.
If every player in the tournament has made payment through Stripe, the amount shown here in the paid will match the amount shown above that is due. If the amount due in black is higher than the amount shown paid, the tournament has players that have either not paid, or a Tournament Owner has manually added the player and discounted or manually recorded a payment that we could not collect. This will result in that amount showing as a remaining balance due (not reflected in the example above).
New tournaments being created on the software are now required to enter a Payment Method to complete setup. This card is placed on file and will be charged anytime the "Remaining Balance" above reaches $250 and again at the very end of the tournament if there is a remaining balance 5 days after the tournament concludes. This amount would be the difference in the amount collected from players and any fees charged to the tournament. IMPORTANT: Optional texting fees cannot be transferred to the player so all texting fees charged to the tournament will be paid at the end of the tournament using the listed Payment Method on file.
If your tournament is running using a "Pay Online" or other option that doesn't allow us to collect the fees through Stripe from the player, your listed Payment Method will be charged every time the amount due hits $250. Please be aware of this as you set up the tournament payment options.
