League Players
Note: This screen is used by the league manager to do the following: 1. Check outstanding balances due from players. 2. Process MANUAL payments from players. 3. Give Stripe refunds to players. 4. Give discounts and manual refunds to players. 5. Email league receipts to players. When you click a player's name, you will see these menu options:
Check Outstanding Balances Due from Players
1. You will see the session number each player is rostered in and the different categories funds have been applied to.
Category | Meaning |

Process Manual Payments from Players
1. If there is a balance due, you will see more options when you click the player's name:
2. Select the payment method.
3. Enter paid amount.
4. Enter payment memo (optional).
5. Enter date paid.
6. Click Record Payment.
Note: The payment amount should be a positive number. The amount will be shown under the Payment category.
Give Stripe Refunds to Players
1. Click "Give Stripe Refund". This will only be an option if the player paid via Stripe.
2. Click the yellow "Refund" button for the transaction that needs to be refunded.
Process Discounts to Players
1. Click "Record a Discount". This will only be an option if there is a balance.
2. Select amount or enter custom amount.
3. Enter a note. (optional)
Process Manual Refunds to Players
1. Click "Record Refund". This will only be an option if there is a processed transaction.
2. Enter refund amount.
3. Enter note and/or date.
Note: This will NOT give money back to the player. This is only for tracking purposes on the players' transaction history.
Email Receipt to Players
1. Click "League Receipt".
2. Click "Email Receipt".
