Using your 3-line Menu select the "Messages" tab:
Click on the green "Add a Campaign" button to start your email process.
In order for your email to send at the designated time you will need to switch this "Ready to Send as Scheduled" tab to yes. If you don't, the email will never send. Once the email is ready you can type in your email address to the "Send Test" section and the system will send you a copy of what it will send to one of the players so you can see what it looks like to them.
Campaign Title is what the email is called on your email list and is not visible to the players. This just helps you organize what you have sent by name.
Reply to Email and From Name sections will appear in the email letting the players know who to contact and the email to respond to.
Type breakdown allows you to send this email to specific groups of people in your tournament.
Date & Time to Send is very important. If you sent an email through this process we recommend you give the email at least 30 minutes to que and send. If you set the email to less than 30 minutes and you have a lot of players, the email will not que in time and may not send.
Registration Date allows you to break down who you send this email to by when they registered.
Gender allows you to break down who receive the email by Gender.
You can further email only specific brackets if you want by selecting the brackets below (all will show). As shown in red, if none of the selection above or below this wording are selected then the email will go out to all players listed in the "Type" section.
Once you have made your selections click on the "Email Templates" section to begin typing your message.
Certain "Types" will offer a generated template, while others just leave a box for you to type a message to players. Once you have filled in the information you wish to send, just "Save" and the email will be listed to send once the designated time is set.
RECOMMENDED: If you have important dates that you want to inform players in your tournament about, such as refund or registration deadlines, we recommend that you set your emails up ahead of time and then set them to send in the future. This allows you to plan ahead and prepare your tournament in advance
