Once logged in to your tournament, use the 3-line menu and select the "User Defined" option:
Select the "Add New Question" tab to get started.
In the description box, place the information you wish to be displayed to the customer, such as "Free T-shirt with Registration."
The following setup is for you to offer a Free T-shirt with registration:
Under the answers, I would recommend you use "Multiple Choice" and include the different sizes you will offer for the tournament. This will allow the players to only select 1 of the options.
Once you have completed and saved this question, you will see the "Answers" tab at the top. Click here to add your available shirt sizes. (The Answers tab will only show AFTER you have saved the question)
Click on the "Add New" button as many times as needed to add in the different sizes you are wanting to offer (see below). The "Max Per Reg." automatically is set at unlimited. If you are NOT charging for a t-shirt, it is highly recommended that you set this to 1 so the players cannot accidentally put in 2 or 3 free shirts and throw off your count. If you are charging the players for the shirts you can set the limit how you wish.
If there is a fee associated with any of the items (sometimes larger shirts cost more) you can use the below selection to add a fee amount to one or more of the answers (see below).
Once completed, be sure to SAVE the question. You are now set to begin collecting shirt sizes from players as they register. If this is added after registration has already begun, players would need to "edit" their registration to answer the question, or you as the Tournament Owner could edit their registration and add the answer for them.
Once the open enrollment for this item is completed, you can view the total recorded number of shirts by visiting the "Report" tab on the 3-line menu and then select the User Defined "Selections" report:
