How to use the Manage Location Courts Section

Using your 3-line menu, select the "Manage Location Courts" tab:


First step will be to add the number of courts you will have for your tournament.  Simply add the total of the courts in the box below and the system will generate all the courts with one click:



Now that the courts have been created, you will see them all listed.  If your courts are labeled as anything other than a number, you can click directly in the "Court Title" box to change the name.  This section is limited to only 6 characters however, so you may need to abbreviate (Center Court could be CNTR for example)

If you are offering wheelchair events but not all of the courts are accessible for wheelchair you can use the toggle to mark those courts that are available for that event.


The UT section (Unavailable Times) allows you to mark when a court may be unavailable for any reason.  For example if I have a demonstration or clinic  that is taking place during my tournament and I want to make sure the software doesn't plan  matches on those courts for those times I can set this court as unavailable.

Now that I have set an unavailable time the Simulator and Daily Planner will not use that court and I can properly plan out my tournament without worrying about that court for the selected time.


If you have added too many courts you can use the red trash can icon to delete a court.
