This is how you can create a Clinic (or another event) that is not included in the actual tournament.
Once logged into your player account, us the 3-line menu and select the "User Defined" tab:
Select the "Add New" to create your new question. When creating your question, be sure to be as through as possible explaining your event. For the Question Shorthand, pick a couple of words that best describe the event. If you want the Question to have an expiration date and not be available until the event date, be sure to include the date the "Question Hides on Registration."
Fill in the remaining questions as desired. Below is the recommended selections if you are planning to run a clinic during and in addition to your tournament. Be sure you mark this event "Available to Guests" if you want a tab to the event listed on your main tournament listing.
As this is a "Yes or No" question, Multiple Choice is the recommended choice for your answers. If you want to upload a flyer for your event, you can include this below under the image 1 or image 2 selections:
Once you have completed the questions, please be sure to SAVE. Once you have Saved, the answers option will become available:
Once in your answers section, select the "Add New" button to add your desired number of answers. Be sure to include your costs for the Clinic, and we recommend you set the "Max Per Reg" to 1 so players cannot accidently sign up for the Clinic more than once.
Once you are done adding your answers, click SAVE and your event is now added.
From the list of User Defined Question, locate the "Save Purchase Button Text " option to adjust what the Tab will say. Whatever you place in this box will show on the main tournament listing. Be sure to hit the save purchase button text to save the new wording for your tab.
Once you are completed, your main tournament listing will have a "Guest Registration for Camps" button visible. This will allow non-tournament players to sign up and participate/pay for the camps.
