Tournament Director - How to setup a Pay Onsite/Pay Later Checkout Option

Once logged in to your tournament, visit the 3-line menu and select the "Edit Tourney" option.  On the left hand side of the screen, select Checkout Options from the menu.  Scroll down until you find the Pay Later and Pay Onsite Options:

Both of these options will allow players to register for the tournament without completing payment.  If you want payments to be reflected in the software, you will need to Record a Payment in order for the system to know a payment way made that are not electronic.

To Manually Record a Payment, go to the attendees screen and find the player who made payment.  Select the menu option next to their name, and then select "Record a Payment" from the list.  Record a payment doesn't charge a player, it simply tells the system the player is paid and not to show them as owing fees anymore.
